A New Gem in Warlingham - Fantastic Vegan Options!"

My girlfriend and I were incredibly impressed with the newly refurbished White Bear for our Valentine's Day meal. The country pub atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the staff were incredibly welcoming. Our servers were attentive without being overbearing, contributing to a genuinely lovely evening.

The food was the real star of the show. As a vegan, I'm always thrilled to find delicious options, and the White Bear didn't disappoint. My vegan burger was flavorful and satisfying, but those seasoned fries stole my heart! The best I've ever had. To top it all off, they have a vegan dessert! The treacle tart with raspberry coulis provided the perfect balance of sweet and tart.

I'm definitely recommending the White Bear to my fellow vegans and anyone looking for a great pub experience in Warlingham. The new management has truly created something special.

Pros: Food, Service , Atmosphere

Cons: None

Lovely Pub and Lovely Food!

This pub was closed for a few months since we moved to the area. I can't compare to what it was like before but since the refurbishment and re-opening, it is really nice. The decor is lovely and cosy with different rooms and table arrangements. The pub is in the middle of country lanes and the decking in the garden has seating overlooking the greenery.
The menu has at least one vegan option in each course and there are several ice cream flavours. The kids' menu did not have vegan options but they were able to make one on request. The staff are attentitive and accommodating. The vegan burger is superb, really enjoyed the legume packed patty. The portions are generous. The place is not cheap but I found it worth it for a nice place like this. Definitely going back!
