Warm and friendly service - Edit
Absolutely wonderful service from the mother-daughter duo. Great selection of yummy, fresh and nutrionally loaded smoothies. Food is wholesome and mostly made fresh. Enjoyed a fulfilling bowl with veggies, greens, salad, nuts and hummus. Very touched they went out of their way to accommodate me by freshly whipping up some hummus that I could have. Cute little place, parking available on site.

Cute little veggie/vegan cafe - Edit
It’s on an industrial site which is a bit odd but it means there is free parking which is hard to come across in Watford. All of the food items were vegan when I visited. It may just be that they have cow’s milk that it is listed as vegan. I had a freshly made hearty soup (sweet potato, red lentil and coconut) and bread, and a cappuccino/mocha (can’t remember). Nice friendly staff and ambience (some chanting music in the background). It’s attached to a yoga studio

Cons: In an industrial estate (free parking though)

I’ll definitely return - Edit
What a cute little cafe! It’s part of a Yoga business, with studios st the back.
Read moreI loved the design and decor.
The cafe had lots of vegan options, I had a vegan sausage roll with delicious flaky pastry and plenty of filling, it came with a bit of salad and a dressing. There was also a vegan curry on that day. They do lots of different juices. I had a breakfast bar which is a bit like a flapjack with seeds and chocolate chips and it was DIVINE!! Like seriously delicious!
They hold supper clubs there sometimes I think and you can book it out for a party I believe.
It’s a bit hidden on a trading estate but there’s a board by the main road directing you in.
Definitely worth a visit.
Pros: The breakfast bar. Soo good. Tasty vegan options., Lovely vibe and lay out, Friendly staff

Love this delightful place! The food, service and yoga is on point. A hidden gem - Edit
I’ve been coming to the studio since it opened its first location in St Albans. The addition of the Watford venue with the well-being cafe was a real upgrade. Now we have it all :) Great food, super yoga!
