Good option for the location - Edit
A hummus and veggie sandwich isn’t usually my first choice but I was happy with this for lunch, especially considering there aren’t many options in the area. Make sure to specify “no dairy.”
Read moreI also enjoyed their fall salad with dried cranberries, pecans, apples, and red onions (had to leave off meat and cheese but still a good salad!).
They had several fun special coffee flavors and you can get coconut, macadamia, or oat milk.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. It’s also a really cute spot situated right by Cascade Falls.
Pros: Three non-dairy milk options, Knowledgeable staff
Cons: Nothing is labeled , Only a couple options

Not many vegetarian options - Edit
For vegetarian protein, they have hummus, nachos with black beans, and that’s about it. You can also get a green salad, a grilled cheese or a “wild rice burger” but I personally didn’t find any of those very compelling.
Read moreIf any of that sounds good, definitely go there, because it’s a cool place, but I feel I was misled by Happy Cow into thinking it would be more vegetarian friendly than it is.
