Some options here

They have a few options here. I had the plant based chicken nuggets and quinoa salad. Chicken nuggets were national brand, so if you had them you know what they are. The quinoa salad was good.

Great burger, no vegan cheese, staff wasn’t the friendliest.

The double impossible burger was delicious and well-priced. “Battered Fries” on menu are listed as vegetarian rather than vegan. When I asked what they were battered with, the woman said, “Most fries are battered.” I said, “OK, I’m trying to ascertain if they’re battered in buttermilk or something else that’s not vegan, because they’re listed as vegetarian.” She said bluntly, “They’re vegan.” Nice outdoor seating, had my favorite Paulaner wheat beer on tap!

Pros: Delicious Impossible Burger, White bean & wheat berry salad was good and hearty, Well-priced, good beer

Cons: No vegan cheese, Unfriendly order taker

Vegans should avoid

One of the most frustrating situations I’ve experienced in 20 years eating vegan. Their website menu included a “Double Impossible cheeseburger (plant based)” which is why we drove 25 minutes to go here. However, neither the cheese nor the bun nor the sauce were plant-based. Furthermore, they had no bread to substitute that was vegan and were quite unwilling to find a way to accommodate, and in fact, frankly a bit rude/defensive about the whole matter. (Our party of 7 left and instead went to a different nearby restaurant that had an actual vegan section of their menu.)

Cons: “Plant-based” was not vegan, Poor vegan service.

When they have vegan offerings, grab ‘em!

Their menu changes weekly to daily, but they almost always seem to have at least a couple vegan offerings and many vegetarian offerings. I’ve had Impossible chicken nuggets in the most delectable orange sauce; and a really unique and delicious vegan curry wrap with roasted green chickpeas, rice, vegan cheese, and mint chutney. I’m excited to see what the chef comes up with next!

Pros: Several veg options, Plenty of drink choices 🍻 , Gorgeous building and outdoor seating

Cons: Menu changes regularly, so not reliable, A lot of meat on the menu
