Fully non-alcoholic bar caters to adult tastes and a mostly vegan menu. All cocktails and mixed drinks are labeled as vegan by default. While drinks with milk contain oat milk be default, cow's milk is also available on request. Their 'bites and treats' menu is small and contains a few non-vegan options. Also has some fully vegan and gluten-free pastry options supplied by Golden Hour Bake House. Open Wed-Thu 4:00pm-11:00pm, Fri-Sat 4:00pm-1:00am, Sun 4:00pm-11:00pm. Closed Mon. & Tue.

Great majority-vegan non-alcoholic bar! - Edit
I loved the overall decor and Elizabeth's commitment to supporting the vegan community with a clearly-labeled menu full of several unique vegan options. I tried a few drinks with my girlfriend and absolutely loved the Amaretto Sour and Thai Iced Tea. The Prosciutto wine tasted exactly as how I remembered wine tasting without being overly-strong. The Watermelon Sugar High made for a refreshing drink as well.
Read moreAs for the baked goods, the restaurant sold out of its vegan doughnuts and only had one pop-tart left when we arrived. I was in for a surprise though! It was filled with real fruit and tasted absolutely delicious. Thank you Golden Hour Bake House for the delicious dessert, and thank you to Elizabeth for the creative drinks and commitment to Springfield's growing vegan community!

Amazing Gem! - Edit
It's absolutely amazing! I've never tried alcohol before so I was super excited to see this non-alcoholic place come to the area. An amazing selection of really delicious drinks that are all vegan by default. I loved the 1920's era type decor as well. All vegan items on the menu are labeled with a "V" and they offer a couple vegan pastries. Can't recommend enough! Makes a really nice date night spot.
