Great vegan food venue - very rude waitress - Edit
Lovely food, service and décor. Extremely rude waitress (the older slim women). Would have been 4 star if not for poor service.
Read moreAutomatic 12.5% service charge. But still defaulted in payment to add a tip. Would have asked to remove the service charge as the waitress was so rude, but didn't realise this had been added.

We are glad you enjoyed our food, venue and initially stated our service was good, as you can see from our reviews on all platforms our team pride themselves on being friendly. As in many restaurants service charge is added to tables of large groups and is not automatically added to every table which is why there is an option to leave a tip on card for our lovely team, which many customers request. We feel there may have been some sort of misunderstanding here as our team are mortified to hear that you felt someone may have come across as rude. Absolutely love The Vibe! The food is rich, good portions, properly adapted to vegan (I hate when you order a vegan full English and it’s just missing things — that’s not the case here!). The coffees are luxurious, the atmosphere is great, the service is attentive, I very highly recommend.

Absolutely top notch food and super lovely staff. Had the shroom gyros for dinner and it was plenty to fill me up. Lots of choice, obviously all vegan. Definitely go eat here! Reasonably priced too.

very nice place! the staff is really helpful and friendly. we ordered the full breakfast, the beans on toast, the breakfast bagel and the earth bowl - all of which was very very delicious. i highly recommend this place!

This was great - Friendly staff, an interesting menu and delicious food. We tried the big English breakfast (and added a vegan egg to see what it was like), avo smash and white chocolate brookie. The snickers shake was also yummy, and the lavender latte was cute and tasty.

What a treat for Liverpool. The perfect little cafe serving fantastic vegan food. Small, family owned business, supporting small local companies. The food and drinks were outstanding. We had green smoothies, cappuccino, chai latte, veggs royale and the vegg hash. It was all delicious! Highly recommend!

The food here is really great, lots of care and attention is put into every dish. There’s a lot of choice and everything felt super nutritious. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the whole place had a great atmosphere. The only wheelchair accessible toilet is in the women’s toilet.

I saw The Vibe was a top rated restaurant, did not disappoint!! The atmosphere was really nice, the staff were so friendly too and everything was just perfect for a first day in Liverpool. The vegan egg was the highlight, did not expect that!!
