Little Treasure - Edit
Little treasure in Giza District, inside "The ONE Mall". It will be not easy find, but it's worth it. The pastry shop offers a big variety of vegans sweets, visually appealing and full of colors. Unfortunately I tried only one, but its taste was amazing.

I had the cheesecake and a brownie and they were both absolutely delicious. Price was a bit higher than I expected but the store is in a fancy area and the cakes are stunning to look at.

Wow! Terrific pastries in Ginza. - Edit
Located on the B2 floor of the Mitsukoshi mall in Ginza The Vegan Marshmallooow (there in the 'A4' department) offers completely vegan cakes, cookies, pastries. Also you can order (at least 2 weeks in advance) birthday cakes etc.
Read moreEverything I tried was fantastic aesthetic wise and taste wise. Because of the prices maybe not everyday food but on special occasions.
My favorite was the Vegan Cheesecake Valencia Orange.
Pros: Great selection., Great service., Awesome pastries.
Cons: Pricy (but soooo good).

Different flavours - Edit
The stall is in a very fancy department shop in Ginza. It took a bit of a walk around to find it. They had some different varieties and we decided to try the chestnut flavour. It was different but I loved the inside of the cake and the base. We also had the cheesecake with valencia orange. This was my preferred cake. Really pretty but pricey. We took it to another garden to eat it. There isn’t any space to eat the cakes there.

The friendly staff and I had a nice discussion about being vegan in Japan. Desserts were fantastic. Terrace on the 9th floor was nice.

Almost to pretty to eat ... - Edit
but we ate them anyway -- the small cakes are amazing to loot at but they are also delicious ... the place ist not very easy to find (it's downstairs of a very busy department store) but we were helped at the information desk. The girls working there were also super friendly and were amazed that we came back twice to get more cakes ... if you have a hotel in Ginza it's well worth a visit

Amazing and reasonably priced pattiserie - Edit
This is a counter in a department store that sells all vegan (and mostly GF) cakes. The staff there are lovely and very helpful. There’s no seating by the counter but if you head to the 9th floor there’s a roof garden where you can enjoy whatever you get! I picked up a strawberry and matcha cake - both were delicious.

Great cakes - Edit
It can get pretty busy in the mall, but the shop has quite a few staff members to serve customers, so it's not much of a problem. Also, you can't eat in the mall, so it's takeaway only. They have a good selection of cakes, and the one I had was delicious.

Hard to find, but so worth it! - Edit
Visited on September 16, 2023. The Vegan Marshmallooow was a bit difficult to find inside Mitsukoshi Ginza, but it was SO worth it when we found them! They are a specialty vegan bakery with lots of different baked goodies. I was very happy with the cake, mousse, and madeleine that I got. It’s expensive but their quality is reflected in their price. I bought:

Amazing stunning perfect - Edit
Located at B2 I think A4, but it could’ve been A8. Once you go down the escalator, go left it’s almost a straight shot. I got the strawberry shortcake and matcha leaf pile. The strawberry shortcake might’ve actually been the best thing I’ve ever had in my life. The matcha leaf cookies were really good with a super interesting texture. I liked the strawberry shortcake so much I made a trip here on another day to get it. I also tried the coffee jelly, which I have always wanted to try. Definitely worth a visit. The woman working is also super nice.

Quite a fancy selection of cakes but I personally thought it was quite pricy.
Read moreI tried the Mont Blanc and it was tasty, but didn’t feel very special given the price. There was an option to take the cake to the 9th floor where you could sit and eat it.
As they boxed it up nicely, might be better for a temiyage (gift for someone) rather than for yourself.
Friendly staff who spoke a little English. They handed out a vegan leaflet with all their products on.
Pros: Decent selection of Japanese desserts
Cons: Expensive

Loved seeing the options but only got to try the strawberry shortcake. Finding GF can be difficult so it was great to see so much variety! It was really nice but I ate an almost identical cake at Marbe for cheaper.

So cute! - Edit
Super cute treats and so many to choose from! We opted for a couple of the cookies as we were on the go and didn’t want to buy anything that would melt or possibly get squished. (However, if we had the time the strawberry shortcake and Mont Blanc would be the top of my list to try.)
Read moreWe had the cinnamon cookies and the matcha cookies - both quite good but not out of this world. I think their cakes and puddings etc are likely their star items.

Maybe 4 stars ... - Edit
I'm not the best person to rate a shop like this, because frilly little baked goods aren't really my thing. We did not pick up the more elaborate desserts such as the strawberry shortcake (as recommended on HappyCow) due to possible complications travelling around with it for the rest of of day. Instead, we got a few simple little cookie sets (one each of matcha and cinnamon) - neither seemed anything special, and were best dunked in morning coffee rather than eaten on their own.
Read moreAgain, take my review with a grain of salt, as I don't know anything about the word of cutesy, tiny desserts.
