I had for my entree the mushroom truffle ravioli- again upon her recommendation. It was easily the best tasting ravioli I have ever eaten! Full portion with garlic bread on the side, delicious stuffing and a nutty creamy sauce- superb! The price of $25 is higher but the quality of the food and its careful preparation makes it worth it.
We will definitely return whenever we are near Welland again!

Hidden Gem in Niagara! - Edit
Came out for dinner on a Thursday night and was so happy we did! This place is a cute little find in downtown Welland. It’s got a patio and indoor seating that has a great vibe with an industrial but cozy look. Got the spinach dip, chi’ken burger and pulled jackfruit. They were all sooo good! I couldn’t believe how cheesy the dip was and the burger could have passed as real chicken! All amazing. Service was at a good pace and friendly. 10/10 recommend!

We ordered the Mac and cheese poutine and it is to die for! Oh my gosh, it’s the best thing to hit my tastebuds in this trip. Well worth the drive from Niagara Falls. The chk’n wings and bbq jackfruit burger were also amazing

My favourite local resturant. The food is delicious and I make the 25 minute trip just to eat here often. The VHC has classy vibes and its very clean. The owner is very sweet and I love to see her smiling face. The VHC has regular live entertainment including music nights, trivia and drag shows which is awesome. They also do a lot of new off menu tasty features all the time, there is always something new to try every time I go. They are very active on Instagram daily if you have any questions on hours or what the features are today, I’d check there first. They are very vegan community friendly which I love. They collaborate with other small vegan businesses for their deserts and other food and promote them as well. The only critical thing I would say about this establishment is that the wait times can be very long for food, so as long as you put aside some time, absolutely indulge at the VHC, I drool just thinking of their food

Drove out of our way to try this place, only to be treated like we were interrupting them to place an order.

Food was cold, but some food was good while other choices were just ok flavour wise.
Pros: Nicely decorated for indoor dining , Lots of choices on the menu , Food was ok.

I used to love this place but once they closed their dining room rather then abide by provincial health regulations I lost all interest in patronizing their business. It’s really too bad, I had been away for 14 months and was very excited to eat here again.

I gave it 3 stars because it just isn't what I'm looking for in a vegan restaurant. I want interesting and healthful foods. For me, this restaurant isn't that - but, the food is good and I would have no hesitation recommending this restaurant for what it is.

This place was recommended by #greengoddess in Guelph and we absolutely loved it as did all my non-vegan friends. This was our celebration meal for completing the Niagara loop 150kms cycle.
Read moreThe pho meat menu is amazing, especially the bang bang shrimp 🦐 and cauliflower bites. We had the baha fish tacos and finished with the chocolate cake. The margaritas are also outstanding. This is the best vegan meal I have had since I arrived in Canada. Not to be missed.

I got happily surprised by their buffalo seitan wings. The seasoning and texture were beautifully balanced to replicate the traditionnal version. They have a variety of pizzas with interesting flavours. I had the one with butter chicken and it was delicious. They also seem to support diverse donations for the animals which gives a bonus point and a good reason to come back.
