Few vegan options available - Edit
I wish more of their baked goods were vegan! I had avacado toast which was delicious, but there weren't many other vegan options.

Misleading online menu, no real vegan options - Edit
I went here because the online menu showed some vegan options, however, once there, the only thing recommended was a PB&J or plain bagel with PB. I didn't try the coffee, but they do offer a good amount of dairy alternatives.

Friendly, but not much vegan - Edit
The staff tries to accommodate, but as other have said in their reviews, they don’t have much to work with.

No true vegan options - Edit
While the staff is incredibly nice, the only option here is really subpar hummus in various forms. You can hummus on bread, hummus to dip carrots in, or a salad. It’s just not a place to go if you want to eat actual food. They do have EXCELLENT looseleaf tea and lots of packaged vegan chocolate if you just want to meet a friend to chat, but don’t expect to grab a meal here

vegetarian not vegan options - Edit
Most of the meatless options have cheese or some other form of dairy (a cream based tomato soup, for example). To have a truly vegan meal here, you have to be lucky enough to go on a day when one of the soups is vegan AND they have not sold out of it.

overpriced with few vegan options - Edit
We ordered the only sort of vegan dishes on the menu - a sandwich with Hummus and a plate with bread and spreads. They modified the latter, swapping the cream cheese for extra Hummus. The hummus had no flavor, just tasted like mashed chickpeas. Didn't taste garlic or tahini. There was one set of salt and pepper shakers in the whole restaurant to fix the flavorless hummus. Forgot to add - they can make the salads vegan just like any other restaurant can usually do. This restaurant shouldn't really be listed as a potential vegan place. Other chains that aren't listed for this area of Virginia would been more accommodating if asked.
