Never found anything to eat here since change of owner a few years ago

Since ownership changed a few years ago when Elodie had it and stuffed us vegans silly, there has been nothing on the menu to entice us in. We've looked many times and it appears to be a normal cafe with very little if any vegan things on offer.

Pros: Location

Cons: Menu options

Warm welcome and delicious food

I was recommended to visit this cafe by an elderly lady on the bus and I wasn't disappointed. The menu, while not 100% vegetarian or vegan, has a number of clearly labelled hot and cold vegan dishes including home made cake. Shaftesbury is a small rural town and I didn't expect to find any cafes catering for plant-based food. At the time of writing, this was the only one. The staff were very welcoming and gave service with a smile. If I lived nearer I would definitely eat there again. Lovely place.

Pros: Great freshly made home cooked food, In the town centre, Service with a smile

Cons: Would love even more vegan dishes
