Horrible service

They have a few vegan options ill give em that. I wanted to try this place because vegan breakfast food is hard to come by but absolutely awful service that made me straight up wonder if it was because or how we looked (brown, heavily tattooed, and pierced) as they wouldnt have even sat us if i, and the ppl they were gonna skip us with, hadnt spoken up- all before we were even seated. Check their google reviews and see if its worth the risk
I wanted to leave before we even ordered, only stayed cause my partner reiterated how excited i was. Food was ok, not worth the experience though.

I realized halfway through my beyond breakfast sausage there was a white/blonder hair in it (i have dark hair just fyi)

My fave (and only) breakfast spot

Breakfast is without a doubt the hardest meal of the day for a vegan. If you’re trying to go out to a restaurant, that is. I haven’t went out to breakfast in literal years and I’m genuinely bummed I hadn’t heard about turning point sooner. The best part, the food is actually absolutely incredible. Not just “good because it’s basically my only option”. Plus the place is insanely cute. I really couldn’t think of anything that would make this place better.

Pros: Plenty of vegan options, Clearly labeled and not just a salad, Reasonably priced and good atmosphere

Cons: Super busy on the weekends

If you haven’t already I recommend trying simply green cafe. Also get my special order of loaded fries (waffle fries, Mac and cheese, “bacon” bits buffalo and ranch sauce with green onions on top) order with no buffalo sauce add barbecue

Vegan Pancakes anyone?

Always thankful to find vegan brunch option clearly labeled, especially when one of those options is pancakes! They came with fresh strawberry and banana on top and warm maple syrup on the side. Had a side of Beyond Breakfast Sausage for a really great vegan brunch! Just egg also available - one item is vegan by default with the just egg, others you can customize.

Pros: Vegan brunch!, Multiple options, Also oatmeal

Cons: Regular drip coffee was weak

Good breakfast food

I went here with a friend and was surprised at the options for coffee (vegan milk options available) and pancakes, pretty clearly labeled. I have trouble finding breakfast spots, and this place is very good. It’s a bit pricey. Also there’s usually a line.

Pros: Good breakfast options

Cons: Pricey , Usually a wait

Good pancakes

The waiters were very nice. In the mood for breakfast and the pancakes are clearly labeled vegan. I saw online that the home fries were also vegan however the Lawrenceville location puts margarine in theirs. Pancakes were really good, wanted to try the vanilla ice chai tea but the waiter was nice enough to let me know they put milk powder in it.

Pros: Pancakes were great, staff is very nice

Cons: Limited vegan options. Varies by location.

Wish I could have a 3 1/2 Star option

Went here after seeing vegan pancakes on their online menu, they were really good, and come with bananas and strawberries. I also tried their rye toast (without butter) and their potatoes, both were also very good. My only complaint is that the only thing labeled vegan is the pancakes, when they really have plant milk, a quinoa bowl that can be made vegan, and other vegan options. Otherwise I liked the food and the waitress and manager were friendly about helping us with vegan options.

I tried those I Can’t Believe They’re Vegan pancakes too. They were amazing. The waiter liked my idea of Vegan hot chocolate and pitched it to the manager. Turning Point is a chain so there are more people the manager will have to go through but he seemed to like the idea. In the meantime, I loved the fresh-squeezed OJ.

Vegan pancakes?! And here I was avoiding it because I was worried about being tempted by the pancakes and waffles.
