Serves meat, vegan options available. Restaurant and bar located inside Trinity Hotel. No labeled vegan food but staff is willing to veganize brushetta and a couple of the pasta dishes. Open Mon-Sat 5:00pm-9:00pm, Tue-Sat 7:00am-1:00pm, Sun 8:00am-1:30pm.

better than nothing

the staff is very accommodating and will help you order the few items you can that are vegan but options are severely limited. i went during breakfast time and actually just ordered a breakfast scramble without the eggs. it came with some veggies, potatoes, and chile. it wasn’t bad but not exciting.

Trinity not veg friendly

Would be helpful to have more vegetable and salad selections. Maybe a vegan burger.

Pros: No vegan options except dinner salad and they do , Have balsamic dressing. Guacamole. That’s it

Some vegan options!

I was staying at the Trinity while in Carlsbad visiting the national parks nearby. While there are no labeled vegan options on the menu, the staff were very accommodating. They were able to veganize the bruschetta & a few pasta dishes.

Pros: Vegan options in a not so vegan friendly town, Good quality , Proximity to Carlsbad Caverns National Park
