Vegan options at The Townhouse. - Edit

Service was prompt, and we did not have to wait long for food. Friendly staff and a good atmosphere. Dog friendly venue, which is a bonus.

Tasty pizza - Edit

Visited as part of a mixed diet group. The main menu doesn't label its vegan items so I had to ask for the separate vegan menu. This included items not on the main menu which is disappointing as it prevents others from discovering plant based food.
I ordered cauliflower fritters to start which came with a spicy sauce. Very nice.
For main I ordered the vegan pizza, described as tofu, onion, tomato and a sauce. I wasn't sure what to expect. Unfortunately my pizza arrived 10 minutes after everyone else's meal. The waiter apologised and gave me it for free. Apparently thr chef had "made it wrong". Good pizza. Tasty, cheesy sauce rather than melted vegan cheese from a packet. I didn't try the brownie dessert option.
