But not much. Have tried twice and both times disappointed. Vegan burrito was mostly rice no flavor. No mas!

So the Taco Project enticed me because it looks very trendy so I was excited to try their vegan options, but I was sad to see that there only vegan options was vegetables instead of the usually chicken or steak. I got a burrito bowl with vegetables, and the produce did not taste fresh and it lacked flavor. The service was all right but lacked and ambiance at all.

Update- they changed their recipe and they are not that great anymore. They no longer look like this picture and they don’t come with guacamole. Very sad.

I love their veggie burrito bowls. You have to ask to make them vegan and remove the dairy- which they happily do. Tasty, fresh, fun to eat.
