Vegan sushi in Taylor - Edit
Our server was great! She was very knowledgeable about vegan food and also asked about food allergies. My son and I both had the vegan omakase. We had soup, salad, dumplings, teriyaki vegetables, veggie nigiri, and 3 rolls. Everything was absolutely delicious! We will definitely be coming back for more!

More options than meets the eye - Edit
Visited The Sushi Bar in Taylor and had expectations blown with a beautifully vegetarian omakase made vegan for me. There were a lot more creative rolls not on the menu and didn't leave me feeling like an afterthought with only 1-ingredient vegetable rolls. Even got dumplings!
