Modern up ice cream joint. Several vegan options available to include BOOZE INFUSED!!!! Loved it just for that Bc I’ve always wanted to try booze ice cream. Inside/outside seating w/ a large patio.

All the locals mentioned this place. They have four vegan ice cream options, which seem to be coconut milk based. I tried the mocha flavor, which was overpowered by coffee donut taste. I got the lavender, which was delicious. The line was long at 8:30 on a weeknight, but it moved quickly.

Love the STIL! - Edit
Their staff is always friendly, even when the shop is super busy. The vegan flavors rock— especially the ones with liquor in them! Perfect evening ender when out with non-veg friends in Boise. Can’t wait to go back!

Wine Icecream - Edit
I attempted to call and ask if the wine they use in their advertised vegan wine icecream is actually vegan. They told me they’d get back to me. I attempted to call them two more times, and still haven’t heard back. They switch the wines they use often, and they could simply use barnivore.com to see if the wine they’re choosing is actually vegan friendly or not, but they don’t seem to care so I won’t be returning.

This is a cute new ice cream shop with loads of original flavors and even wine and beer pairings to go with the ice cream! When we visited, there were three (!!!) vegan ice cream flavors - Cookie Dough, Chocolate, and Lavender - plus a strawberry sorbet!

This place is so cute and right in BoDo. You can get a flight of ice cream and wine or beer! They have vegan ice cream and sorbet. They were out of the vegan ice cream when I was there, but the sorbet was exceptional. The ice cream is made from coconut milk.
