Only vegan restaurant in town with awesome food - Edit
Easy walk from downtown shops. The ladies offer tasty vegan fare and are excellent hosts. They offer tasty options by any standard. Only downside no in-house toilet, had to walk 5 minutes. Well worth it 💕❤️

This place is very cute and in a great location. The young lady at the counter was wonderful to speak to. I got the carrot lox on the gluten free toast. Fantastic!

Stopped for lunch while in St.Augustine and got tasty Caesar salad with the best vegan dressing I ever had. Love how everything is organic! Cacao ganache pie satisfied my sweet tooth. Fresh, healthy and tasty, definitely must try while in the area

This is the second time I ate at The Sprout Ktchen and it is truly EXCEPTIONAL!!! The owner takes such great care with the food and she has a gourmet touch with what she puts together. I had "The Works" and the "Lox Bagel" with 3 different soups, her baked goods --- all exceptional. It is rare to find someone who cares and has such great baking and food preparation expertise. I am so happy I found this place. Great for people who care about eating healthy or getting healthier. Highly recommend.

Read moreAs a vegan, it's always difficult finding restaurants that serve clean plant-based options where the staff is also knowledgeable about their menu.
I got the Buffalo Tempeh Salad! This was so delicious, and I really appreciated the generous portion of the homemade ranch dressing it came with. YUM!
We also got the Warm Grain Bowl that was on special that included quinoa, spinach, and a coconut dahl of some sort.
Last but not least, the KALE CHIPS! Holy smokes I'll be making the trip up from Palm Coast just for these. Smothered in nutritional yeast and perfectly crunchy!
The customer service was bomb, too! Will definitely be back!

Lovely Juice Bar and So Much More - Edit
We loved finding this amazing little Juice Bar that had so much more to offer. We were surprised to find a full menu of vegan options, and enjoyed lunch here almost every day of our visit. We also grabbed several to go pre prepared food for the beach, and our breakfasts. The smoothies where wonderful, and the avocado toasts were absolutely the best Ive ever tasted. Be sure to try some of the savory food. Was really happy to see how health conscious the meals were. No vegan junk food here, but everything was delicious. There was really nothing else like it in this cute small town. We wished they were open for sinner!
