Average food, worse service - Edit
In theory they offer many vegan alternatives, but in practice many of them are not readily available and would need over one hour to make. When I ordered samosas, despite mentioning I wanted vegan ones, I got them with regular yoghurt. I immediately contacted the staff about that and it took them a while to replace it... The food is ok, but nothing extraordinary. The staff is very slow and uncaring/not attentive. Kind of overpriced all considered.

Lovely food - Edit
Lots of vegan options, and very friendly staff. I had the Podi Masala Dosa, which was very spicy and tasty.

Tasty - Edit
Tasty, and very interesting with south indian dishes. Have tried a lot of indian food before, but never been to a place with south indian food. Had the Chettinad masala with okra, which was also a new experience for me (and very tasty).

OK - Edit
Good, fast and friendly service, but the food was just OK. We can recommend the samosas though.

Good food, Bit on the expensive side - Edit
Great place to try out south Indian food, considering most Indian restaurants in Europe serve North Indian food! The prices are high, compared to other Indian restaurants.

Great dosa, nice curries - Edit
I’ve been to the Copenhagen restaurant and now a few times to the Gothenburg branch. Fantastic dosa and nice daily curries. Keep coming back.

Delicious food - Edit
Delicious, delicious and delicious!
Read moreCannot rant enough about how delicious their food was. Authentic Chettinad flavors and all the dishes were mouth watering.
I ordered the vegetarian combo meal which had the veg soup, onion fritters/pakoras, masala dosa with sambhar, tomato chutney and coconut chutney, one choice of veg curry ( I ordered the okra curry), rice, parota and two gulab jamuns.
The quantity of the food was so much that I had to get almost 50% of my food to go. They packed my food very well to avoid any spillage (picture attached).
If you are in Gothenburg please visit this place. The food is really top notch and is actually better than many Indian restaurants I have been in India and the US.
Pros: Lots of vegan options, Big portion size, Well packaged leftovers

Great South Indian food - Edit
All dishes that are supposed to be vegetarian are vegetarian. Vegan options are clearly labeled. Genuine south indian food, which is quite hard to find in Sweden overall.

Cons: The potato filling in my masala dosa was a bit dry
