So glad to have this nearby. I just love the setting and the fact that they don't sell any meat is the cherry on top.

Cinnamon bun Latte was on the Autumn specials so I requested this with Oat milk and it was nice!

My 1st vegetarian experience in the Snug Coffee House, under the arch up the cobblestones is the Snug Coffee House, a gem of a find in Atherton with it eclectic mix of ideas a well established meeting place where everyone join together over coffee ,lots of loose teas drinks of every description, music ,vegan vegetarian menus new to me was something else I loved the choice ,my experience was brilliant friendly helpful staff and great service try for yourselves, thank you at the Snug😍

My absolute favourite place - Edit
Put simply , this is my favourite place in town! I’m here every morning for my fuel and every evening for me ‘close the day off’ beer ! Amazing service by awesome people , top quality and gorgeous food and a really good vibe to the place ! I honestly don’t go anywhere else in town now - no matter what the time of day is ! Highly recommended !

Hidden down the cobbles of Atherton, this vegetarian cafe serves as a meetup spot day and night. During the day, there are loads of vegan and vegetarian food options. The staff were super friendly and welcoming. As well as coffee and food, they also have live music gigs almost every week. Would recommend.

What a fantastic gem of a place. The food is excellent full of flavour and really healthy. The staff are super friendly and make you feel welcome and comfortable. No request is too much trouble. Can’t recommend this hidden gem enough.

The Snug is a very welcoming friendly place with fantastic staff. It serves delicious food. Its also a good place if you just want to have coffee and cake, as it caters for all with a variety of types of milk. They also host regular live music nights, which are always great. They have a vast and varied beer selection, which IMO is one of the best in the area.

Called in up the cobbled alleyway for a quick lunch.

There is are great range of teas, many ways to have coffee and a bewildering variety of craft beers.
We sat outside under cover as although dogs are welcome, it’s better outside.
Highly recommended and will be back again soon

My favourite place to go on a Saturday afternoon! - Edit
Great food, great atmosphere! The music is fantastic and the staff are just lovely. I go most weeks while my kids are dancing to just sit, eat, drink, chill & listen to the music. In summer it's a little sun trap & if you fancy a beer you can have one! It's a great, friendly, sociable place. All my food choices have been delicious and I'm looking forward to trying some of the new veggie specials!

I have eaten here a few times and never been disappointed. The chunky toast with avocado mushrooms and scrambled egg is to die for, the staff are amazing they will change things around on the menu if you need them to. They are all so polite and happy at work, it's a really cool atmosphere has a good feel vibe.

Amazing home cooked veggie and vegan food - Edit
Honestly amazing food. The cafe went fully vegetarian after lockdown which is amazing!! The chef does new home made specials every week with seasonal ingredients and I’m yet to try something by him that I don’t like! The coffee is fresh and strong and they have oat, soya, coconut milk too. Just a great place all round that id definitely recommend!

Amazing place to eat, drink and socialise. They have weekly specials so every visit is different and full of variety as well as their full vegetarian and vegan menu. Amazing staff too they were so friendly and welcoming couldn’t do enough for you.

The new menu is amazing, gorgeous choice of veggie and vegan food. No longer serving any form of meat or fish. I especially lived the mushroom burrito it was gorgeous. I love the detox tea aswell. Also serves alcohol and had band on nights too for unsigned bands from all over the country. Sun trap in the summer cosy on the winter. Get down 😁😁😁😁

This place requires a lot of improvement. Very ramshackle, no hot water in bathroom or anything to dry hands on (hand dryer didn’t work). Incredibly basic menu with no vegan options marked, only knew from happy cow about asking for dairy free spread for the beans on toast we had. No sparkling water. Seemed to struggle coping wit the 5 tables they had in.
