Ok pub grub

Good selection of vegan dishes but a shame that some dishes labelled vegan have been labelled incorrectly - the guy serving me told me they’re actually veggie but marked vegan (Christmas special arancini). My salad was ok, avo was rock hard so couldn’t eat it.

Grate pub!

Grate pub with good food!
Vegan options are labeled as vegan & some of the Burgers & other options can be made vegan like the Italian Job Burger. Staff are very helpful & informative about the menu.
The Vegan Version of the Italian Job Burger was really good!

Pros: Good food., Helpful & informative staff., Close too Tynemouth Metro.

Cons: Abit on the expensive side.

Decent pub grub

They have a seperate vegan menu with a 7 main options, and 2 desserts, along with a few vegan sides too.
They offer "this" isn't beef burgers which always go down well!

Pros: The Italian job burger

Nice

Group of 7 of us, 2 vegans. We were well looked after and everything came correctly. Good to have a separate vegan menu. Avo and pesto salad was a nice light alternative to normal pub food. My other half had bollywood burger. The vegan menu can be browsed online or ask for it from the bar.

Lively pub with vegan options across the menu

We came in after we found the chippy across the road no longer did its vegan options. The music pumping out was quite loud and there are screens showing sport all around so not to everyone's taste. There are a number of clearly marked vegan options across the whole menu but the Soul Bowl, vegan Mac 'n' Cheese and only vegan dessert (Cherry Brownie Cheesecake) weren't available. Some of the omni options weren't available either so I think it could be the menu is just too big for them to keep everything in stock. Loos could do with a thorough clean and some of the locks need sorting as well. Good value for what we did have £10 for Moving Mountains burger in a beetroot bun with a Diet Coke and £9.50 for the Butternut Squash and Cranberry Tagine.

Pros: Vegan options in all sections., Good value.

Cons: Not a place for quiet drink or meal., Paid parking until 5.30pm and very busy., Quite a few options not available.
