Call first - Edit
I usually call veg option bakeries first when I travel but didn’t this time. Would have loved to try the vegan option but they did not have any today. The coffee was delicious though and the shop is really cute.

got the vegan donut (cinnamon sugar crumble) from the pop up at ucf and it was pretty good! i like that they had a vegan option but wish they had more than one. the cinnamon sugar crumble itself was delicious, but the donut texture was a little dense/tough. i'd be interested in trying other vegan flavors when they rotate.

Love their vegan donut and coffee! - Edit
They change out their one vegan donut every few months. Every one I have had has been absolutely delicious. The donuts are always light and fluffy and filled with creamy insides.
