Many Salad Options and More in a Vegetarian/Vegan Restaurant Desert - Edit
Lots of different and fresh items to make a salad, as well as vegan chili, baked potatoes, and falafel. The three different sizes of salad, which you make yourself in a cardboard box, are charged by the box size, not by weight as in many other places. They have five different, vegan salad dressing options: balsamic, Italian, raspberry, walnut vinaigrette, strawberry vinaigrette, and vegan southwest. The strawberry vinaigrette was much too sweet, but other flavors may be better. Although the interior of the restaurant is nothing exciting, being able to make your own salad, as well as the many options, made up for that, especially in an area with almost no vegan options.

Vegan Salad - Edit
You can build a sizable large salad which by vegan standards is quite a large one. I wanted to try the strawberry vinegarette which is vegan but they were sold out so I opted for the South Western dressing which is the only other vegan dressing besides the typical oils and vinegar mixes. I ended up tossing the dressing because it was surprisingly gross. Definitely not for my pallet. Don’t forget to add avocado to your salad for $.25.

They offer vegan options and you can create your own salad. There is the option to get the vegan fiesta salad though and the dressing is really good. They have baked potatoes but no options for vegans and they have one vegan soup that doesn’t look good at all (basically looks like beans in water). However if you want salad come here!
