Food is okay - Edit
Food is nothing exceptional but neither was it very bad. All vegan mains between £8-10 which is very reasonably priced when compared to elsewhere so can't complain too much. The mushroom risotto had more portion so if you got a slightly bigger appetite then go for that, it was also bit more tasty than the red curry.

Clear vegan labelling and a choice of food - Edit
A modern pub, nicely decorated with local photographs etc. Friendly staff. We had the vegan burger with fries and a vegan tart which came with side vegetables. The burger and tart both tasted good but side vegetables were little overcooked, despite the pub not being at all busy. The chips were chips, not fries. The food could have been better but it was good to have a choice and best of all, and still very unusually, the drinks menu indicated what wines were vegan, by the glass four white and three red.
