Chicken in vegan pizza - Edit
I am in shock. My friend and I went to this restaurant for dinner. We only went there because they have a vegan menu.
Read moreMy friend found chicken in her pizza which is very unacceptable. We have just been told “sorry, it can happen”. That’s it. We couldn’t finish the rest of the food because we had no trust anymore. The whole table should’ve been waived but only the pizza was waived. The manager was incredibly rude and disrespectful to us and treated us like we made the mistake. We paid and asked to talk to the owner. The owner called, starting the conversation very rude, not even letting me talk and saying we just want a free meal. We have more than enough money. Would you say the same if a person has an allergy?
This is absolutely insulting. You should not run a restaurant. This shows disrespect towards everyone who is vegan. It was not about that this incident happened, people make mistakes. But it’s about taking responsibility and how to treat a costumer. We have never been treated like this.
However, big thank you to the waitress who was incredibly lovely and friendly.

We only had about 45 minutes as they needed to turn the table but the food was great. Came out quickly. Ordered too much but I wanted to try a few dishes. All were delicious. The pasta was great. So many vegetables stuffed in there! And the soup was lovely rich tomato and beans. BYO.

Separate vegan menu - Edit
There is a separate vegan menu here with multiple options under starters, salads, pastas and pizzas! The staff were so lovely, giving my friend’s dog a bowl of water and me a blanket (apparently I looked cold…).
Read moreWe ordered the small sizes in the eggplant calzone starter, the super salad and the penne pesto pasta to share between two and it was plenty! I think it came to $62 including one mocktail, which at ~$30pp is very reasonable.
The only downside is that they only have vegan gelato for dessert which I feel meant sorbet, which I’m not a huge fan of. It is also a BYO - they don’t serve alcohol but they do have mocktails and other beverage options. Other than that, can’t fault the restaurant!
Pros: Separate vegan menu, Indoor and outdoor seating, Friendly staff

The seperate vegan menu is great and actually makes it exciting to eat somewhere that is not strictly a vegan restaurant but has Lots of options. Beware of potential cross contamination. My vegan pizza had a small piece of diced bacon on it. While disturbing, I just removed it and was diligent on checking every piece after. You have to expect that in rare cases this happens when restaurants cater to both vegans and meat eaters. I would still go back. Service was great and food yummy.

Delicious and fresh Italian food. Vegan menu not advertised but you can request a copy in store. The pizza is light and airy, pasta sizes are generous and super friendly service.
