Good for Torrey

Better options than I thought would be available in Torrey, UT. I had a quinoa salad bowl with black beans, sweet potato, and avocado. Left the dressing off and put my own olive oil and balsamic mix on, though they offered a vegan balsamic dressing. Vegan tacos were also on the menu! Would recommend for a quick and relatively healthy dinner.

Fantastic vegan options in rural Utah

My husband and I went to this restaurant early and had a lovely server named Ariel. I had a fresh salad bowl with quinoa corn and black beans with a citrus dressing. Very fresh and clean. It was perfect for a hot day. My husband had a flavorful stir fry
with lots of fresh veggies.

Pros: Great service, Fresh veggies

Cons: Just three options
