Great place to Network - Edit
RAVS is such a great way to network and learn about the benefits of eating plants. The group meets frequently and brings in guest speakers who always offer educational insights on various topics. One of the best things is before the group meeting there is typically a social event where people bring a dish to pass. Check out their website if you want to learn more. https://rochesterveg.org/

In the last year alone we have heard from Greger, Klaper, Barnard, Esselstyn, Mills, KAHN and our very own Dr. Chad Teeters, cardiologist to the stars!
