Nice Stop! - Edit
On a long trip and found this place. Our server was super knowledgeable and pointed me to the gluten free bun which was vegan. They have a garden party and beyond burger to sub for any sandwich and they also had vegan cheese. I ended up with a burger with grilled mushrooms and onions. If you are hard fast on fryer cross contamination they offered to sub a side salad for the chips.

Great place for a quick bite - Edit
Stopped in for a quick lunch on a work trip. Excellent service. They had a few vegan options on the menu but can modify others. I had their garden burger patty on my burger and it was great. Beyond burgers also available.
