How fantastic to know that in the salon, everything used is vegan and I can actually have an interesting chat.
My hair always looks fab when I leave, both the cut and colour and I love the charming decor as well as the music and ambience. And of course Dori is fabulous too. Can totally recommend. #Veganuary

I went to The Rabbit Hole for the first time during a recent holiday in London, from Italy- my sister had her hair done, mine is a few millimetres short, and for the very first time in almost 12 year I wished I had longer hair so that Dori could do her magic on mine too. We had a lovely time at The Rabbit Hole and my sister is extremely happy with my new hair cut - it was worth every pound.

It felt almost incredible to be in a hair salon where every product was cruelty free, the magazines to read were vegan themed, and you're offered vegan biscuits and coffee while waiting (for a very short time). Dori even rushed to a shop nearby to buy almond milk because she had run out of it!
She's also a nice girl, very welcoming and very kind, she took care to speak slower so we could understand better. She really make you feel vell taken care of. We had a nice chat to begin with, and Dori respected my sister's opinions and did what we had agreed - not to be said of every hairdresser! My sister got the perfect version of what she was looking for, a short bob with slightly retro air, very easy to manage at home. Her hair is growing without losing its shape, just as Dori said.
The place is really magical, cozy and very cute, everything is so charming, and I loved every detail. A little gem hidden behind a small yellow door.

I went to the Rabbit hole for balayage (hand-painted highlights) and a haircut last weekend and I can honestly say I have never looked better than I do now.

To tell you the truth, the whole experience was amazing. She has an intuitive understand of what looks good on you. My hair looks so fresh and sunkissed and all I have to do in the morning is to blow-dry it.
I can honestly say I would pay twice the price if I get to look this good, it has made a world of difference for me! I feel like a new person! :-)
But be sure to book in advance because this is one busy hair parlor!
If you're only getting one hair cut this year, let it be at the Rabbit hole. I promise you, you will not regret it!

I had my hair done at TRHVHP a while ago, and it was the first time I've really liked my hair!! I had subtle ombre dip dyed ends, with lots of thinning out, and a trim (I wanted to keep it as long as possible). Dori spoke to me before hand, to work out what would work best with my hair, my natural colour, and how I normally style it.

I’ve just had my second appointment with Dori, and I can’t help but rave about her. Dori is the most personable stylist I’ve ever had with the cutest Alice in Wonderland themed salon. As she is the only stylist in the salon, I get an amazing personalized and private experience. On top of being so friendly, Dori really listens to what I want and helps craft an amazing look. I’ve gotten the best haircuts of my life visiting Dori. The Rabbit Hole is the best salon I’ve ever been to hands down, and it is simply a bonus that it is completely vegan with such a great stylist. She posts before and after photos of her cuts and colours on the salon’s Facebook page which is certainly worth a look if you’re interested!

Dori was able to work with my extremely thick and rebellious hair right from the first appointment. Her cut, together with high quality shampoo and conditioner, have created a fantastic style that's easy for me to manage and transformed the texture of my hair. I know that it's really Dori's skill and expertise, but it feels like magic!
Read moreI love that everything in the salon is vegan, and the 'Alice in Wonderland' theme is so cute. Dori is lovely, and it's great to be able to talk to someone about all things vegan. I often treat myself to a nail varnish while I'm there - they're vegan too!
Dori often posts photos of her work on Facebook, so you can see some of the styles that she's created. In my experience she has great intuition about not only what will work with her clients' hair and look good, but what will suit their personalities and lifestyles. I wholeheartedly recommend that you make an appointment!

I found her blog before I found her through other veggie sources and I remember thinking "This girl knows how to do hair!" and loved seeing all the transformations. When I got to finally making my own hair appointment, I realized that she was only a few minutes walk from me which was incredible!

She is an absolute professional in every sense and I respect her so much for starting her own (and probably the very first) all vegan hair salon! Dori is definitely a chic, modern incredibly cool vegan so you know that you're going to get a result exactly like that! Who says being vegan was uncool? I love the way she blow dries hair, its perfect and not momsey or mushroomy at all and awww, I wish I could keep her to myself and have her travel with me everywhere but I am super pleased that she is able to share her gift with lots of other people!

Having had long, natural colour hair for years, I was tired of the hassle and wanted to go back to the short, shaggy red style I had a decade ago. I showed Dori a few pictures and picked a colour from the chart, and then leaned back to enjoy a cup of tea. Dori made sure she understood exactly what I wanted before the cut, and the result was great: my fine, straw-coloured, flat hair was transformed to a textured, "wild" red cut which looks so much fuller, healthier and vibrant than the boring old look. This style is a keeper - I'm never going back to long hair!

Went there yesterday - thankfully Dori does Sundays! Was treated to tea with almond milk (which worked rather well, I thought) and a vegan biscuit. Superb! Great salon space, excellent products and the cut and colour I had were just fantastic. I have plenty more praise words up my sleeve, but go and find out for yourself. It really is as good as people say. x

Dori was so lovely to meet! She really took the time to listen to what I wanted (I had dyed my hair black, and wanted it all cut off and back to my natural hair color, which made my hair super short!) She did a WONDERFUL job! She gave me a really feminine and fitting pixie cut. I felt so confident and beautiful in it!
