Average; overpriced - Edit
Had the patties which came as 2x plain patties with a small amount of sauce. The patties were bland and dry. The sauce was tasty but not enough for the dry patties. I also had a Decaf soy flat white which was good!. My daughter had their popular wrap which was average and she only ate half if it. We also felt the food was very overpriced. Would go back to purchase from their cute shop and because the staff are absolutely lovely, but wouldn't eat there again.

I had an excellent smoothie there. It was $10 but actually worth it, I think.
Read moreThe food was definitely a bit overpriced. I had the lentil pie, which had pretty good ingredients, but wasn't an outstanding flavor. I think it would have been tastier if it had been freshly made instead of reheated, but you can't expect a restaurant to freshly bake you a pie because that would take an hour.
The truly overpriced stuff was the baked goods. $8 for one small donut-sized thing seemed a bit ridiculous. I'm sure it's very tasty though.

Not vegan or vegetarian - Edit
This place has a few vegan options, but also serves meat. I was slightly put off as I ordered the vegan red lentil pie but was served the chicken one by accident. They were perfectly friendly and changed it, but I'm glad I noticed before eating any. There were a couple of vegan salads, a wrap & a pie and the food was just okay. There were a few sweet things but I didn't try. I wouldn't go back in a hurry.

Byron Bay Feeling in Western Australia - Edit
Literally the most amazing chia pudding we have ever had, the coffee with homemade almond milk is unreal and the best we tried in Australia so far. The salads taste incredible and have depth.

Not to forget, the Plant cafe offer a variety of incredible products, some of which include the best organic brands made in Australia, like Vanessa Meghan hair products and hand made sunscreen from Byron bay.
This little oasis makes you feel like your sipping a freshly brewed coffee in Berlin, Byron or San Fran.

Delicious, fresh food - Edit
We had a delicious lunch in this casual cafe - a walnut taco 'meat' salad, a falafel salad, and raw zucchini noodles. Everything was freshly prepared and so tasty. The staff were lovely and I wish we could have stayed to try some of the amazing vegan desserts they had on offer. They also have great coffee and a huge range of acai/smoothie bowls. Would definitely go back for more!

Enjoyed beautiful raw cakes with coffee and tea, all organic and vegan. Warm, friendly staff and the shop is full of organic food including fruit & vegetables. Highly recommend it!
