Serves meat, vegan options available. Pizza restaurant and bar opened spring 2023. Located on the edge of Wakefield city centre, close to The Hepworth Gallery and Tileyard North. Three of the eight pizzas on the main menu are available as vegan-friendly. Reservations recommended. Open Wed-Thu 17:00-22:00, Fri-Sat 17:00-23:00, Sun 12:00-21:00. Closed Mon-Tue.

Amazing pizza

They have multiple vegan pizza options which are great and have variety. However there are limited vegan starter options

Great little place for pizza

The Pizza Yard has recently opened in Wakefield, and if my first visit is anything to go by, it deserves to be a success. Handy for both The Hepworth Gallery and the city centre, the service was friendly, the pizza and wine were superb, and the three vegetarian pizzas out of the selection of eight are all available as vegan.

My vegetarian pizza was packed with flavour, and I'll definitely be visiting again.
