Lovely little place! Friendly staff! Loved my vegan pizza. They prepared it the way I like it (dough well cooked), I am from out of town and will definitely come back

Great Pizza Chain with Vegan Options - Edit
The Pizza Joint has several locations in El Paso. They conveniently have online ordering as well. For the 20" Pizza we were charged $2.25 for vegan cheese.
Read more20" Olympus Pizza with Vegan Cheese: My favorite type of pizza is similar to this but slightly different. Sadly I was a bit disappointed. They do not offer vegan feta, only vegan daiya. The pizza wasn't bad, just not as good as I was hoping. It needed more flavor such as oregano and garlic. We thought it did not have enough vegan cheese (surprised bc of someone else's review saying there was too much). The crust was nice.
The 20" Pizza was enormous, we will be getting the 16" next time. We will also see if we can add garlic and oregano.
The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about their vegan options. The service was also speedy.
Overall it has nice vegan options that are clearly labeled. We are eager to try their other vegan options. It could have been improved by having vegan dip/sauce options.

Amazing vegan pizza, but expect to pay extra for the cheese - Edit
First thing first, its 2019 and this place still charges extra for vegan cheese. Because of this i wont award more than 3 out of 5 stars... Pizza joint in el paso offers new york style pizza with vegan cheese. Other veggies and such are available to add. This stuff is within the top 3 best vegan pizzas ive tried in the country, and ive had vegan pizza in more cities than i can count now. In my opinion, the thing that would bring pizza joint up to the level of las vegas pizza locations (slice of vegas) would be the additions of other pizza like items. For example, beef crumble pizza, hawaiin pizza... In any case, you wont be disappointed with pizza joint.

The vegan pizza is very good. They use A LOT of daiya cheese so I always ask for half of what they use and still is a lot of cheese. Lots of ingredients and pizza bread is delicious.

Whenever I'm craving a greasy big pizza (ie, one I wouldn't make at home), I hit up The Pizza Joint. They have a vegan pizza option, a veggie pizza, and tons of additional toppings you can choose from (yum... basil!). They use a Daiya cheese topping which I'm not a fan of so I order it "easy on the cheese" and its perfect. Very relaxed environment with outdoor seating, beer options on the menu, and board games/cards available while you wait for your pie to cook. Also, open late and plenty of available parking.
