Serves seasonal farm-fresh food, local craft gins, beers and ales. Vegan dishes are labelled and include starters such as vegan flat breads with hummus or vegan cheese, a vegan soup and vegan nachos. For mains there is vegan ‘fish’ and chips, a Mexican bowl with plant-based ‘chicken’, tofu katsu curry and an array of vegan pizzas. Also offers vegan sticky toffee pudding or ice cream for dessert. Lovely choice of vegan food - Edit
The pub is clean, friendly and welcoming. There is a good choice of vegan food and drink for a non vegan restaurant. Definitely recommend the rhubarb and apple crumble for pudding There were 8 of us and 1 non vegan and everyone enjoyed their meals. Nice garden for little ones to play in too.

I think the menu here has changed as I read previous reviews of amazing food which I couldn’t see on the menu? I have uploaded the menu - I had the Cauliflower steak which was really lovely! My friend tried the vegan pizza which really wasn’t the most edible (for some reason the vegan cheese just tasted awful?) so I wouldn’t recommend trying this. However the pub itself was beautiful and had quite a lot of option on the menu so I would definitely come back.

Elite Pubs will rarely let you down with good vegan food. We had the corn ribs, vegan hot pizza, vegan fish and chips, and a brownie to finish. The perfect amount for two!

I've been here 3 times now and the food has always been good. One or two of the dishes like the mushroom chilli and pizza are excellent but some of the others like the fish and chips are just good.
Read moreToday we tried the chilli, fish and chips, arancini and the parsnip and artichoke soup. The children's menu offers vegan starters but you need to ask for the main to be made vegan as the option isn't listed.
It's a good place to come to because the surroundings are cool and the outdoor spaces and play area are great. The downside is that the toilets are very cramped. This is because they are listed building and aren't in a position to make too many changes. #Veganuary

Authentical pub offering some extremly tatsy vegan dishes such as nachos, arrancini, burger, banana-blossom fish 'n chips,bowls,pizzas,.. have a changing menue. Dogs are allowed outside and inside at the counter area.

Read moreWe started with the vegan nachos which were covered with vegan cheese & sour cream, guacamole, salsa and Plantbased ‘chicken’ strips. It was delicious and perfect for 2 people sharing, it was a large portion!
For mains I had the tofu katsu bowl which was very flavourful and filling. I would have like some more tofu and veggies, but it was so tasty! My husband had the battered banana blossom ‘fish’ and chips. It was so good! Vegan tartar sauce, mushy peas and perfect batter. Definitely one of the best vegan fish and chips we’ve had in the area. The pizzas also look amazing, they have a pizza oven and bake them infront of the restaurant.
We were too full for dessert this visit, but have had the sticky toffee pudding and it’s awesome. The service is good and the staff are friendly. There is a nice atmosphere and it’s a lovely dining room. We love it here, I definitely recommend a visit!
