This was a very memorable meal. You may have had vegan pho before. I guarantee it wasn't like the pho here. They are so bold to add fresh tomatoes, okra, and squash to their vegan pho. I don't know how it works, but it does. Their produce is incredibly fresh and quality - that tomato was so delicious on its own.

Finding parking was the hard part😜 Once we got here we were seated promptly and ordered quick. Had the portabello mushroom banh mi sandwich. Lots of veggies. Odd with a dipping juice but it was great!

I had the vegan bahn mi sandwich and it was delicious. My husband had the vegan pho and loved it! Pho is so hard to find vegan and there’s was amazing! Vietnamese coffee can also be made vegan and was so yummy. There are other vegan options so will coming back to try them soon!

Limited but quality vegan selection - Edit
Went here for lunch which seemed to be easier to get a seat without a reservation compared to dinner time. I only saw 2 vegan entree options. Tried the pho which was spicier than expected but so flavorful and HUGE. My dad tried the vegan bun chay nuong and the tofu was seasoned extremely well. Also was huge and filling.

We were in Honolulu as tourists, and found the pig and the lady on Happy cow. I am so glad we did! The Brussels sprouts had a perfect combination of flavors, the Portobello bahn mi was very tasty, and the vegan bun Chay nuong had so many wonderful flavors! Unfortunately, we were too full to order dessert.

Tried most of the vegan options available such as the spring rolls, bahn mi and pho. Every single item I tried was SO GOOD. The food is very high quality. Pho was the best I’ve ever had even before being vegan.
