A taste of Scotland in pastry - Edit
A big section of vegan options, labelled nice and clearly too. Got the haggis roll (which had a V cut into it) and a vegan sausage roll - both really tasty, nice filling and delish flakey pastry. Nice to support a pastry type place other than Gregg's.

Perfect if you are not expecting more than a quick vegan bite. Don’t go here for the most healthy meal.

Nice Cheap Food - Edit
All 4 vegan options were available when I went here, I chose the spinach pie. Definitely not the healthiest food, quite greasy, but very tasty. Very much worth the inexpensive price.

Tasty and inexpensive 😊 - Edit
I loved the vegan spinach pasty I got here for lunch. Sooo tasty and only £2.60, not bad for a hot, portable lunch! Highly recommend!

Tasty food but poor service (1 person) - Edit
I've been to this place a few times before and they offer 4 vegan options although I've never seem them all available at the same time. Last night they didn't have the potato roll (delicious in my opinion) and the man behind the counter was extremely rude! If you can avoid the nasty gentleman and be lucky to find the potato roll you won't be disappointed!

Good food but rude staff - Edit
Went here once and enjoyed the food. Decided to go back with a friend. The man at the counter was hostile and rude. This was the rudest person I’ve encountered in Edinburgh. Take your money elsewhere.

Nice vegan pies for good price - Edit
We tried 3 of their vegan options and loved all of them. The sizes are quite big for the price, I wasn't able to finish mine and had to save the rest for later.

Four great vegan pies - Edit
This is a great place if you need a hot vegan snack in a hurry. V Small seating area and very quick service. Four savoury vegan options in delicious crispy pastry - mushroom (second fave) spinach (fourth), double potato roll (fave) and mixed slightly spicy vegetable (third). Highly recommended for hot quick take away. Plenty of vegetarian options too.

Tasty vegan pies - Edit
When I went, there were 4 vegan savoury pies available and 4 Vegan sweet pies on offer (very pleased). The double potato pie was delicious and I also really enjoyed the apple and raspberry pie. The line was out the door for good reason, loved my visit. Freshly baked pies were constantly coming out of the oven. Each pie was around £2 ish so reasonable pricing.

Local favourite that caters for vegans - Edit
The Piemaker is a favourite with Edinburgh locals, so it's fantastic to see that it has a couple of vegan options. The mushroom vergas bake is delicious, and fantastic value for money.

Vegan pastry galore - Edit
I've been here many times - apart from some evening times where they just haven't put any more vegan pastries in to bake you're pretty much guaranteed to find at least one vegan pastry. They have 4 or 5 savoury options, and 3 sweet fruit pastry options. Today I bought a double potato roll, an apple and blackcurrant turnover, and a spinach vergas bake. That will do me nicely between Fringe shows and beer stops. :) Cash only.

Any time is pie time! - Edit
I have been munching on their pies for 20 years... and thanks to their late opening hours at the weekend (23.00), a quick pie between pubs has enabled me to keep going until the wee hours of the morn. Tasty vegan savoury options AND turnovers for pudding too. Say aye to a pie!

great find! - Edit
Finished a ghost tour and stumbled across this place. I had the spinach vergas pie and a cherry turnover. Both were excellent! I ate them cold but imagine that they would be absolute heaven if heated through. I was happy to find a vegan pastry, as it was exactly what I was craving.
