5 stars for the vegan pies - Edit
I popped in last week when I spotted the vegan pie sign. Lovely owner and the best sheese and onion pie I have tried. Handmade creme eggs are amazing! Will be back soon 😊

Best vegan cakes I've ever had. Reasonable prices. - Edit
The owner home bakes the pies and cakes so all fresh food. Different options each time I've been and it's always good.

Little piece of vegan bakery heavan - Edit
We stayed in Glossop for a family gathering & I was looking for food to take that wasn't hummus or olives. The cow directed me to this small but significant bakery. Not exclusively vegan but plenty of options ... pasties, pies, vegan'scheese. cakes traybakes. chocolates etc. very knowledgeable owner/baker who was vegan & allergy educated. Yummy Thai tofu pie & blueberry bake. Can she have a Happy Cow sticker please, x

Vegan pies and sandwiches in Glossop - Edit
The Pie Parlour & Bakery in Glossop offers three vegan pies (all gluten free) and a vegan samosa (non-gluten free), as well as sandwiches with a choice of fillings which includes two vegan cheeses - wensleydale-style with cranberries and cheddar-style with caramelised onions.
Read moreMy husband and I tried the pies, mushroom, bean chilli and jamaican curry. Unfortunately, because they had been made with gluten-free pastry, we found them very crumbly and quite dry, although the flavour of the fillings was delicious (particulary the jamaican curry). I don't know if this is usual with gluten-free pastry. It might have been helped if there was more filling.
I'm looking forward to trying the samosa next.
Pros: Tasty pie filling
Cons: Crumbly, dry pastry
