Favorite vegan pho in Houston - Edit
This is hands down my favorite vegan pho in Houston, after having tried every location. Veggies are fresh and broth is crazy flavorful.
Read moreSome special things they do that I don't see anywhere else:
1) Fresh noodles!
2) Sate sauce (confirmed vegan!)
3) They have the "good" nugget ice!!!!
They only have 1 vegan option right now, the Impossi Bowl (which actually doesn't use impossible meat haha) -- but the Chef mentioned if more vegans show up they would be willing to add more vegan options like spring rolls.
Pros: Made in front of you, Fresh noodles and homemade sate, Good nugget ice
Cons: Only 1 vegan option (but it's amazing)

Hidden gem - Edit
This was a surprise. One of my go to spots was closed and I found the Underground Hall food while walking. They have a simple menu with dedicated vegan options. I tried the vegan pho and the vegan dip. Both were amazing, especially the broth!
