Delicious vegetarian food and divine dessert! - Edit
This is a little gem if you want a lovely fine dining experience. The frozen nougat dessert was to die for, one of the best and most original desserts I’ve ever had, and the presentation was fabulous.
Read moreWe also had the papaya salad, (deconstructed) mushroom pie and the rice gnocchi. My favs were the papaya salad and the dessert but everything was very tasty and beautifully presented.
We were two, and shared 2 starters, 1 main and a dessert, and were very full. Next time, I’d opt for sharing 1 of each in the hope that they’d be room for a second divine dessert😉. The service is excellent, book ahead - they seem to prefer it.
It’s a white tablecloth kind of place so feel free to dress up a little.
I hope to go back soon!😊
Pros: Several vegan options , Fine dining experience , Originality in taste and presentation
Cons: More expensive than other options (but worth it)

Fantastic fine dining experience - Edit
Amazing fine dining restaurant with a lovely view over the sea, beautiful decor and friendly attentive staff who speak good English and have a good understanding of veganism. Vegan options are clearly marked on the menu’s and there is a 6 course vegan meal offered on Sunday’s. They brought us several menus all which had lots of choice for vegans and we were able to pick from them. Prices are pretty high compared to standard restaurants in Vietnam but very reasonable for the quality and service. It worked out at about 1 mil VND each and we had 2 cocktails, and a 3 course meal each - you would pay at least 3x the price in a western country. We were able to book easily, although it wasn’t crowded so we needn’t have. Highly recommend!

Tasty fine-dining - Edit
A few vegan options available and they all sounded great. When we sat down they brought us bread with butter, but instantly switched it to olive oil and balsamic when I said I’m vegan. I had tomato tartare for the starter and ate mushroom/veggie gnocchi for the main course. I’d say they were pretty delicious! The service was top-notch.

Amazing food in a beautiful hotel - Edit
The food was simply amazing, you have a good amount of vegan options on the menu and they are all marked as vegan so you don’t have to ask. If you’re there you HAVE to try the rice gnocchi, incredible.
Read moreAs we stayed at the hotel we ate a couple times in the restaurant. I wouldn’t recommend the set 5 course menu as it’s very expensive and I didn’t found it that amazing, go with à la carte and you won’t be disappointed. The restaurant manager was super nice and helpful, fulfilled all of our wishes without any hesitation. It’s obviously a little pricier than a regular restaurant but it’s totally worth it for a special evening.
They were so kind that the restaurant manager, Till, prepared a 3 course menu for our family. It was sooo good omg, especially the chickpea cakes!!! Really loved my experience there and can’t wait to come back one day.
Pros: AMAZINGLY tasty food, Super nice owner, Easily recognizable vegan options
Cons: Expensive , The set menu isn’t as good as à la carte

Delicious, fine dining, great service - Edit
We called to book and had no trouble getting in (we were not staying there). Food was fabulous and the service was impeccable - very attentive. Vegan items are marked and staff knowledgeable. Definitely expensive for Vietnam but worth it for a great experience in a beautiful colonial restaurant.

impossible to get in - Edit
We couldn’t try this place because they don’t take bookings from people who aren’t staying in the hotel/resort. If you really want to try it, try booking very early in advance see if you have any luck :)

Amazing food and great service - Edit
Vegan dishes are clearly marked on the menu and the staff helps to make non-veg meals suitable for vegans. A lot of vegan options and delicious food! We ate two different vegan appertisers, main courses and desserts and everything was amazing. If you want a fine dining experience I highly recommend The Pepper tree restaurant.
