Great burger, but heads up about fries!

I had an amazing veggie burger at The Parrot, and the chef was nice enough to come out to the table and explain everything that's in the burger to assure as that it is vegan and make sure my friends and I were okay with the ingredients. The only heads up would be the fries- they automatically come with cheese on them, so if you're vegan make sure to ask for them plain!

Pros: Delicious vegan option (burger) , Nice staff
