Go-to Vegan Junk Food when open - Edit
One of my favourite places to stop and grab a bite. They have an incredible selection of food and I love that most everything can be made vegan. they’re open very late which can be hard to find!
Read moreFavorite items: Vegan wings, vegan breakfast burrito with beyond sausage, vegan chicken sandwich, vegan milkshakes
Items I wouldn’t recommend: the vegan nuggets (close to dark meat- so if you like that texture then it might be for you!), Reuben (flavor was mild with very little meat).
Their service has definitely improved over the past couple months with a lot of very sweet souls who work there!
Edit: Open with the other side menu only 3 days a week. The rest of the time it’s for another restaurant.

Descent in a pinch - Edit
Most of the vegan options were out when we went. It was ok, but pricey for what it was.

Vegan Junk food - Edit
I often get frustrated with the vegan option being healthy or vegan/gluten free. That's not a problem here. The vegan buffalo wings were amazing! I also enjoyed the mozzarella sticks. The chili was not for me, but others in my group liked it. If your looking for greasy vegan grinds this is the spot.

Awesome! - Edit
I am in town for my honeymoon and was so excited to find this place! I had the vegan loco moco with an impossible burger instead of their homemade vegan burger. There were so many vegan options. They do have meat options, so could be a good spot to go to with your non-vegan friends. I did get it delivered so I cannot comment on the ambiance. #Veganuary

Awful. Just go elsewhere and save your money. - Edit
This was a laughable experience. My husband paid $18 for one order of their vegan omelette, and I wish we had taken a picture of what we got.
Read moreIt was one small slab of just egg, thrown into a take-out container with some mushrooms. Holy crap. It wasn’t even cooked together. They even forgot the avocado that we paid extra for. We didn’t have time to go back, but this is one of those times that I would have asked for a refund.
I ordered the Korean chicken, which was good for the most part, but honestly it just wasn’t worth the money. We understand Hawai’i prices, but we have gotten plenty of great food elsewhere.
Save your money. Go ANYWHERE other than here.
Cons: Expensive for such a small serving size , Not many options , No effort was put into the vegan options here

Very disappointed - Edit
Found this place through happy cow and drove all the way out there to try it. My husband and I are the only vegans in our family so we were super excited to find a place we could all eat. We arrived at the diner and asked if we could dine in. The host answered yes that we could dine in if we showed proof of vaccine or a negative COVID test which was not a problem to us as all our party is fully vaccinated. But then something in me urged me to ask if digital proof was accepted so I asked the host and i was answered with no (rudely and no further engagement in conversation). So then i asked if the Hawaii safe travels QR code was accepted and again rudely I was answered “i understand but we don’t accept QR codes” without any further involvement or any willingness to accommodate us (maybe offer take out option). My husband and I are the only vegans and also the only one with only digital proof of vaccination which follows all state requirements. We are both health care workers and have been fully vaccinated since January 2021. I’m very disappointed in how we were rejected and just want to share our experience so people who are on the same boat as us know what to expect.

Vegan Diner Grub and Booze - Edit
Fell in love with this cool diner in Downtown Honolulu’s China Town. Vegan apps include vegan Buffalo wings, BBW wings, and vegan chili cheese fries or tots. Mains include vegan chicken katsu, a delicious vegan pesto chicken sandwich, amd several other items that are vegan alternatives to their traditional mains. Lots of good beer and spirits options, too!

Great quality - Edit
The vegan wings were good. My first experience was so good, I’m hoping the mainland has the same quality. The moco loco with the house patty, gravy, and just egg was delicious.
