Can be tasty at times

We’ve gotten several prepared food items from TOK at the Saturday Orleans farmers market, and the fresh items have been good. We do tend to add protein, like nuts or seeds, since the mains and sides are mostly grains and vegetables. Although TOK is presented as “plant-based”, we have seen items that include local eggs in the ingredients. The frozen meals and soups have not been satisfying, tasty or filling.

Eh

The food was super bland and expensive tbh. It was definitely a healthy meal, but not much flavor.

Expensive for small servings

We found TOK at the Orleans Farmer’s Market. Wasn’t too impressed with the thai noodle salad. It lacked flavor and was really just 8oz of noodles and cabbage for $10. Also tried their power balls and hummus. I would get the power balls again but they don’t use tahini in the hummus so it’s not very creamy. Honestly prefer my homemade hummus or regular store bought. Because of the price point for the portions I’d be hesitant to try them again.
