Not according other reviews

There were no vegan dishes besides veggies, hummus, and chips. Not saying that this is bad, actually the chips were very yummy, but disappointing having read other reviews. The hummus we got wasn't good, but the grilled veggies and potatoes chips were tasty.

Popular place - may be worth booking

I ate at the Olive Tree last night and was lucky to bag the only available table. Not hard to see why they're so popular - the service is great, and the food is delicious and is served quickly. I had the hummus with hot pitta to start (delicious) and the chickpea casserole main (also tasty and very substantial). There didn't seem to be any other mains on offer but I guess I could have asked - Diana the owner is English and seems very clued up. I think if you wanted something not on the menu it might be good to eat there when they're not so busy, if there is such a time!

Pros: Food very good and owner is clued up on vegan food

Chickpea dish

Their dishes are unmarked vegan. For starters I had hummus with pita bread and garlic mushrooms. They were both delicious. For mains I had a chickpea casserole dish which was served with rice. It was very yummy and the staff are very accommodating and understood what was vegan. The owner is from England and understands what you can eat
