Best food we had in Wales - Edit
We didn't have the best culinary experience in Wales, to be honest. But this place was not only breathing history but also pretty and elegant.

The main dishes change according to the season. We had the vegan burrito and vegan artichoke stew. But we're elegantly presented and quite tasty. We had a salad and broccoli on the side. Which was good because the portion was quite small.
For dessert they created a vegan version with caramel ice on warm stewed cinnamon apple chunks.
Staff was knowledgeable, friendly and gladly thought along.
There were only 2 other tables occupied this evening, so make sure to go and check it out and support frontrunners that go out of their way for vegans.
