Lovely food, nice shop - Edit
I had the daal and my husband had the GF pizza. It was really nice to have choice of foods which isn’t often the case for a GF vegan.

My favourite place when I am in the area. Always great food options and for the sweet toothed the cakes and slices are hard to pass up. Never disappointed here everytime I visit.

Saved by this shop! Sale would have been a difficult place for us to eat without this little gem. The raw wrap was very tasty and they have a fridge full of locally (and not so locally) made raw sweeties! These were super delicious.

Little, itty, bitty shop / cafe with everything a vegan GF fiend could dream of! A relaxing and welcoming escape from the rain and humidity with a delicious selection of meals and groceries including sprout and kernel cream cheese! Vegan raw wrap was delicious and the vegan curry was a great, hot, hearty alternative. Friendly and helpful staff just to put a cherry on top of perfection! Not to mention the cakes.... :)

I stumbled upon Nutrition Bar by accident when passing through Sale. The food was amazing! They have raw wraps and salads as well as juices, smoothies and cakes.
