We had the iced hazelnut coffee and the coconut coffee and both was delicious, only 3 stars because we had to wait for an hour, but the staff was very friendly and apologized for losing our order.

I went there by chance, because the place is really eye-catching and I wanted to try the coconut coffee. It was the staff that made this experience fantastic though. Don't get me wrong - the coffee was great, but it's the person assisting me with the order that earned the 5 star rating. They personalised my order and took their time explaining everything even though the place was incredibly busy. I could feel they truly cared about my satisfaction. Highly recommended!

You can get most drinks with soy milk for no extra cost, the iced coffee is delicious although the soy milk they use has some added sugar so it is a bit sweet (if you prefer bitter coffee!). Staff are very hospitable and friendly.

The concept of the cafe is nice with alle the notes everywhere, definitely a unique place. They have soymilk for coffee and definitely are knowledgeable about veganism, also there's different juices. It is quite packed though with walking tour groups heading there etc so be aware that it is a bit loud.

Such a cute cafe and the staff are very aware of vegan diets, their menu says to tell the staff if you are vegan. They offer soy milk with coffees. Great views of the lake too and you get to write post it notes, unfortunately iced coffee was a bit watery for me but might have been a one off!

This place has the best soy lattes I've found in Hanoi. I'm so happy I don't have to go to Starbucks anymore! The view of the lake is really nice and the wifi is decent. The food options are limited but available... The only real complaint is that the sticky notes are showing their age. They're sun bleached and dirty, and they cover everything. It's probably time for a fresh coat of paint.

This place is very nice. A bit touristy, but it’s normal kn this area. We had a coconut coffee and a iced caramel coffee. Both were vegan and really nice. The guy from the coffee shop told us, that the whole menu can made vegan, except the cakes 🙁

Service was excellent! Coffee was delicious, a regular coconut coffee was 55 000 (about 3.12 Canadian dollars). Decor was so cute! Server offered to take a photo of me which was nice. I almost paid with 500 000 instead of 50 000 and the cashier kindly corrected me. Great vibes all around!

Cute little cafe. I enjoyed having visited it but was very disappointed the vegan Banh Mi only had some lettuce and grated carrot in it. The vegan options were limited. The soy milk coffee is sweetened, but that seems to be the case everywhere in Vietnam.
