Great dinner in telluride! - Edit
I had a great experience eating at the National! We ate at the bar, and the waitress was very kind and was chatting with us all night! They had a great mushroom-inspired menu for the mushroom festival, off of which we ordered two dishes: mushroom shrimp scampi and the chanterelle polenta (both modified from vegetarian to vegan). Both were incredible! We also ate the zhug and hummus, which was naturally vegan and our favorite menu item of the night! Overall great veg options, and great flavors!
