Things have changed for Vegans - Edit
We travelled halfway across the coast for the previously great plant based options but the menu and service have changed. Options were limited and took out key components from the vegetarian options without replacement or price reduction. This “falafel nest” was $24 and not as listed even without the labneh or olives apparently. Unhelpful staff and not coming back.

The service was great and the food delicious! I'm always a sucker for a fritter and these didn't disappoint. Simple food with great flavours.

Good but not amazing - Edit
This was a place I was really looking forward to trying. I decided a Monday might be more quiet than the weekend. Outside tables were busy and it did get busier inside while we were eating breakfast. I ordered the green fritters and a dulce de lèche iced latte. The drink was made with coconut milk and the caramel/coffee combination came in a separate little cup and I poured it in. I could definitely taste the coffee. But the caramel wasn’t strong. It wasn’t my favourite drink ever.
Read moreI also had the green fritters. These were $22 and I don’t like complaining about prices because it must be so costly and time consuming running a cafe but I was surprised how small the serve was. Anyway my fritters were chewy/doughy. The herbs were really nice though.
Staff were lovely and the cafe itself was nicely decorated. I also liked that we had a window view and the window was open so it felt like we had the best of inside and outside.

Lovely decor, coffee and service - Edit
This is a lovely little nook serving great coffee just near the beach. There's a row of window seats, some enticing booths at the back, and long glass tables in the middle. The staff were great, and there were lots of vegan options including pancakes and a big breakfast. I'd come here all the time if I lived nearby :)

Soo yum! Bit pricey - Edit
Had the vegan avo on toast and it was delicious but I would have given more stars if there was more food. The portions are tiny, for the price and I left hungry still. $27 for one small piece of toast and a coffee..

Good value - Edit
The food at this place matches the decor, they’re both amazing. There’s a coffee bar at the front of the shop and although I don’t drink coffee, it seemed to be very popular so I’d say coffee is good if that’s what you’re interested in. For the price of the food, the servings are large. Two juices, vegan pancakes and avo toast which by the way, must’ve had at least 4 avocados worth of avo on it, something I appreciate, the Cost came to about $53. Massive servings. Pretty cheap. Amazing decor. Friendly staff. Yummy food. Wonderful presentation. the menu clearly outlines vegan items and items that can be made vegan on request. Can’t fault it.
