Won’t be eating here again - Edit
I order a vegan tofu pad Thai. Food tasted fine/ good so finish it then hours later my stomach didn’t agree with it and bathroom problem.

A weekend favorite - Edit
I absolutely love the Mea. My favorite dish is the veggie pad Thai- just specify vegan with no egg and no fish sauce. The price is pretty fair for the portions- usually I get two meals from the pad Thai. They also have a few other options that can be made vegan.

meat in food / bad experience - Edit
A bad experience all around. It started with a bizarrely aggressive delivery- a long voicemail about my broken door, obnoxious honking nonstop in my driveway for a couple minutes, then yelling to me from the street about the door again (why were you trying to open it?? I chose "no contact / leave at front door", not inside it). Then I tried the food and it was all too spicy for me, despite me requesting both things mild. I know myself and know I don't like super spicy, so I chose 2/5 on the scale because I do like a little heat. This was inedible for me. I've never had too-spicy food from any other Thai place, even without requesting it mild(er). I even got the red curry here before and it was totally fine. So maybe they ignored that request and made it standard spiciness? The worst part though is I did eat some, then when looking at my leftovers the next day realized there were little pieces of chicken all throughout my pad thai (I ordered it with tofu and checked the "vegan" box as well). I wasted $50 and would not order from here again.

Sorry this is unacceptable and actually was this employees last day as a delivery person! All of our food is authentic thai and when you add extra +2 peppers we use our homemade thai peppers so to choose 2/5 out of 5 spicy is going to be pretty spicy. We are not like many other Thai restaurants around as we only serve authentic food. Regarding the small pieces of meat in the tofu pad thai that is egg. We are able to not include egg in food if requested as everything is made to order! Sorry for the bad experience!

Absolutely Amazing Food and Service - Edit
The Mea is adorable inside with excellent staff. The owner was our server and made fabulous recommendations for me my husband. We had steamed vegetable dumplings with house made ginger sauce and two different types of pad Thai. It was spectacular and my new favorite Thai restaurant.
