FALSE advertising - absolutely NOT vegetarian/vegan! - Edit
This place advertises itself as vegetarian and vegan friendly, proudly labelling themselves as offering the best selection of vegetarian and vegan food in Stratford. Also on the menu they advertise many of their products as (v). The majority of their products are deep-fried, so I wanted to double-check that they used a separate fryer for their veggie items (surely this would be the first thing a self-proclaimed veggie-friendly place would think of). I was told that ALL of the fried food is deep-fried in the same fryer and therefore NOTHING is actually vegetarian/vegan - I was totally shocked! What was worse is that the young man telling me this thought that fishing vegetables out of oil which has been cooking meat means it is still vegetarian. By anyone's standards, least a cafe claiming to be veggie/vegan friendly, this is 100% NOT vegetarian.
The most upsetting part is the blatant false advertising. It's completely disrespectful and unprofessional to advertise food as something that it isn't, being particularly offensive to those with dietary and/or religious requirements. Most importantly, it's potentially a very serious health and safety issue for people with allergies (such as shellfish). Suffice to say we will not be revisiting or recommending to others.
This turned out to be the perfect place for a family get together over a long lunch and catering for vegans and others. An extensive tapas menu which includes both vegetarian and vegan sections with 8 dishes in each to choose from at 18 pounds for 4 choices which is about enough for two people. Seated outside we had sunshine and river views. What a great place !
We always receive a warm, friendly welcome. Excellent service and a gorgeous selection of tapas including vegan, vegetarian and meat.
Lovely location and small personal atmosphere. Added bonus - dog friendly :) love it

Still misleading- most items not vegan - Edit
All fried items on the menu remain fried in the same oil as meat and fish despite being labelled vegan
