Nice options for a hotel - Edit
As with everything in Aspen considerably overpriced, but delicious none-the-less. Butternut squash soup was creamy and tasty. Cauliflower au gratin had an amazing flavor. The quinoa salad was absolutely delicious and satisfying. We’ll be trying the pizza with vegan cheese tonight.
