Excellent vegan ravioli - Edit
My wife and I went for dinner last night and loved the ravioli. It’s called vegetarian on the menu but it’s clearly labeled vegan and even comes with a sprinkling of vegan cheese. Our server showed us the ingredient list of their dinner roles which we can also verify as vegan, and she brought out extra virgin olive oil for dipping since we weren’t going to use butter. Prior to being seated the hostess told us they have a Beyond Burger available that was not actually on the menu. Also saw a beet burger but didn’t ask whether it was vegan because we were set with the ravioli, which was completely homemade with egg-free pasta and a ton of veggies per menu. Delicious!
